This policy explains the terms related to order cancellation, returns, replacements, and refunds.

By placing an order on www.fambeauty.in, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

To cancel:

If cancelled before dispatch:
✅ 100% refund will be issued


After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped:
❌ Cancellation is not possible

However, you may request a return only if eligible under our Return Policy below.


2. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of skincare products, we follow a strict return policy.

Returns are accepted ONLY if:

  • Product is damaged in transit
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product is defective or leaking
  • Missing items in package

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video or photos
  • Clear images of damage

Without proof, return requests may be rejected.


Returns NOT accepted for:

❌ Used or opened products
❌ Change of mind
❌ Skin allergy or personal reaction
❌ Fragrance preference issues
❌ Incorrect address provided
❌ COD refusal after shipment

(We recommend checking ingredients before purchase.)


3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

Refund methods:

  • Online payments → original payment method
  • COD orders → bank transfer/UPI

Refund timeline:

  • 5–7 business days after approval

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.


4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may choose:
✅ Free replacement

Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost after verification.


5. Non-Delivery or Failed Delivery

If an order:

  • Cannot be delivered due to wrong address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Phone unreachable
  • COD refusal

Then:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refund may be partially deducted for logistics costs

6. Refund Processing Time

After approval:

  • Processing: 2–3 days
  • Bank reflection: 5–7 days

Total: up to 10 business days
