At present, international shipping is not available.

All orders are processed within:

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • Sundays
  • Public Holidays

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive:

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

✅ Free/low-cost shipping on special offers
✅ Small shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) service across most locations

Important:

  • Please keep exact cash ready
  • Avoid order refusal at delivery
  • Repeated COD refusals may restrict future COD orders

6. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details

You can track your order anytime through the tracking link provided.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

If:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Phone unreachable
  • Wrong address
  • COD refusal

Then:

  • Order may be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges may apply

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline:

Please contact us within 7 days.

We will:

9. Damaged Package at Delivery

  • Leaking
  • Opened

Please:
❌ Do not accept delivery

📸 Record unboxing video immediately

Contact us within 48 hours with proof for quick replacement.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct name
  • Complete address
  • Valid phone number

FAMBEAUTY is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information.
